Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.

About the Role

As the Head of Americas Field Marketing, you are the chief marketing architect of our go-to-market engine across the Enterprise and Vertical teams. You will lead a high-performing team of Field Marketing Managers to design, execute, and optimize regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.

We are looking for a player-coach who is as comfortable interpreting a dashboard as they are commanding a room during a QBR. If you think business-first, are outcome-obsessed and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Architect the Theater Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing plans across regions, segments, and industries to both land and expand in the largest enterprise accounts.

  • Deliver theatre growth plans: Build differentiated strategies, scalable programs, and world class events across buying personas and industries, delivering at-scale and account-based tactics. You also won’t be afraid to jump in and execute alongside your team!

  • Galvanize Sales Partnerships: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales and Inside Sales Leadership through compelling executive presentations, insights-driven recommendations, and business reviews.

  • Outcome Optimization: Track lead flow from initial touchpoint to closed-won revenue. Partner with Sales Ops to refine conversion metrics and maximize ROI.

Team Orchestration & Development

  • Lead a Remote Fleet: Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team. You’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

  • Drive cultural excellence: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative execution across geographically distributed teams.

  • Develop future leaders: Own talent strategy including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development to build bench strength for sustained growth.

  • Cross-Functional Advocacy: Serve as the "voice of the theater" back to Corporate Marketing to ensure regional needs are met and global initiatives are successfully localized.

Analytics, Insights & Business Acumen

  • Establish executive-level reporting: Build comprehensive dashboards and KPI frameworks that track pipeline, program ROI, and business impact.

  • Drive data-informed strategy: Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to revenue.

  • Continuously optimize: Develop feedback loops and refinement processes that improve investment efficiency and program performance.

  • Budget Ownership: Manage the Americas roll-up budget, ensuring every dollar is allocated toward high-impact activities.

Your DNA

  • Proven people leader: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with a track record of building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams.

  • Coaching excellence: Demonstrated ability to develop talent, drive career growth, and create environments where top performers thrive.

  • Change management prowess: Ability to lead organizational transformation, drive adoption of new processes, and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • The Data Storyteller: You don't just report numbers; you provide insights. You are fluent in the metrics that drive the business.

  • The Communicator: Exceptional presentation skills. You can build trust with C-suite executives and external partners alike.

Technical & Tactical Toolkit

  • Mobility: Ability to travel as needed to support theater events and team meetings.
